We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including for devices that are beyond economical repair or in cases where the requested work may be illegal or unethical.
Repairs carried out at SecureByte Computer Services are covered by a 30-day service warranty on the specific repair performed, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not cover new or unrelated faults.
Replacement parts sourced and installed by us carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Third-party parts purchased by the customer and brought in for installation are not covered under our warranty.
Products sold carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Claims must be made through us or the manufacturer within the warranty period, with proof of purchase.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your devices and data during repair work, SecureByte Computer Services shall not be liable for:

We collect minimal personal information as necessary to provide our services (name, phone, email, device details). This information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Golaghat, Assam, India.

By submitting a device for repair or placing a product order, you enter into a service agreement with SecureByte Computer Services. This agreement is governed by the terms stated in this document.
All repair estimates are provided in good faith. In cases where additional faults are discovered during repair, we will contact you with a revised quote before proceeding. You have the right to decline the revised quote; in such cases, a diagnostic fee may apply.
If we are unable to repair your device, no service charge will be applied unless a diagnostic fee was agreed upon at drop-off. Parts ordered at your request before diagnosis are charged regardless of repair outcome.
Estimated repair times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to part availability or complexity of the issue. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
On-site visits are subject to availability and a travel/visit charge where applicable. Our technicians will only perform the agreed scope of work during the visit. Any hazardous or unsafe environment may result in the visit being cancelled.
AMC terms are detailed in a separate written agreement provided at the time of contract signing. The general Terms & Conditions herein apply where not superseded by the specific AMC agreement.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: requesting installation of pirated software, seeking help with unauthorised access to systems, or submitting stolen devices for repair.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services with any customer who violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour toward staff, or provides false information.
